May 31, at the Institute of International Contemporary Studies of the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian foreign Ministry, a Discussion Club meeting was held. The event was attended by leading experts of the Institute of Contemporary International Studies (ICIS). Prof. Evgeny Pashentsev, a  leading researcher at the Center for Euro-Atlantic Studies and International Security at ICIS delivered a speech on «Revolutionary changes in modern technologies and their impact on socio-political processes and the system of international relations». The section Strategic communication and media was held within the framework of the international conference «Transformation of international relations in the 21st century: challenges and prospects» at the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The section was organised in partnership with the Association of Studies, Research and Internationalization in Eurasia and Africa (ASRIE), the European-Russian Communication Management Network (EU-RU-CM Network), the Institute of Contemporary International Studies (ICIS) at the Diplomatic Academy and the International Centre for Social and Political Studies and Consulting (ICSPSC).Researchers of EU-RU-CM Network from Italy, Romania, Russia and Sweden together with other specialists in the field  took part in the work of the section.
